Planning targeted socioeconomic development programs is essential to achieving equitable distribution of resident welfare. However, diverse socioeconomic conditions and the manual process of mapping welfare data present challenges for decision-making at the neighborhood association/Rukun Tetangga (RT) level. This research aims to design a web application based on the random forest algorithm capable of predicting the level of welfare of residents in RT 002 RW 012. The research method involved collecting data from various welfare indicators, which were analyzed using the random forest algorithm to generate a classification of residents' welfare levels. The results showed that the random forest algorithm was able to predict welfare levels with high accuracy, with a confusion matrix test result of 90.33%. Other tests, including cross-validation, achieved 95.83% accuracy., This research also resulted in a system to simplify the management of resident data and socioeconomic conditions. This system can assist neighborhood association/Rukun Tetangga (RT) administrators in making more effective and data-driven decision-making.</em></p> Reza Pradana Copyright (c) 2026 JUPIK : Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu komputer https://mypublikasi.com/index.php/JUPIK/article/view/177 Sat, 28 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0700 PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN JASA LAUNDRY BERBASIS WEB PADA XAVIA LAUNDRY MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL https://mypublikasi.com/index.php/JUPIK/article/view/199 <p><em>Xavia Laundry still records transactions manually, which leads to inefficiencies, recording errors, reporting delays, and a lack of information integration. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Laundry Service Information System using the Waterfall method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document review, followed by requirements analysis, system design using UML, implementation using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, and testing using the black-box method. The resulting system is capable of managing customer data, recording service transactions, automatically calculating costs, monitoring the status of laundry processing in real time, and generating accurate transaction and operational reports. Black-box testing was performed on 15 scenarios covering login functions, laundry status checks, transaction management, order cancellations, operational data management, admin and user roles, report printing, theme changes, and logout. All test scenarios were successfully executed according to specifications with a 100% success rate. The research results show that the system is capable of reducing recording errors, speeding up service processes, and improving information transparency.
